HELP! I need an epic April Fool's prank for FI

Welp, it's only 8:30 and FI already got me. He convinced me that he had to go to the hospital this morning, which was particularly unfunny because I stayed up with him all night on Sunday because he was having severe abdominal pain. I am not amused. And I need to top that.

So, any suggestions? We don't live together and I can't get out to his place tonight, but we're going to check out a wedding venue and then go to dinner afterward. Any ideas you ladies can share would be great.

After you leave the wedding venue, pretend to take a call and when you hang up, tell FI it was the venue and they give out 1 free wedding each year and they've chosen you guys to receive the giveaway this year. 

I used to be so good at April Fool's Day. I'm lame anymore.

I am so bad at pranks, I'm never creative enough.  However, my bf and I April Fooled his mom that I was pregnant, and then a month later I was actually pregnant..it felt karmic.  I don't recommend that trick.

I used to be great at pranks...but I've been a real slacker this year. I'd totally go for @Swazzle's idea. Super funny and totally harmless. Have fun!

I'm currently trying to figure out how to get a boot on his car (I can easily mockup a parking ticket) without actually getting it booted for illegal parking. But I know that's a long shot...

I love @Swazzle's idea. Sounds so much fun and exactly as others have said, pretty much harmless.

One year, unscrewed the shower head, put red kool-aide powder in it, and put it back on so that when my ex took a shower that morning, it would be red water and freak him out it was priceless.  Last year at work, I bought several bags of the HP jelly beans with the nasty flavors and shared them with co-workers who thought they were regular jelly beans...it was hilarious.
