Downtown Boston Rehearsal Dinner Spots

We are looking for a rehearsal dinner venue for approximately 45 guests.  We definitely want it to be in Boston.....potentially in the North End.  Does anyone have any good recommendations?  Thank you!

    We went to a rehearsal dinner at Anthem, which was nice - they had a private room with a private bar & I think there was about 50-60 people there?  We had our at the Taj by the Commons(mainly due to the fact they serve Indian food) which was wonderful.

    You can look at open table for private dining options:

    Not every restaurant with a private room is listed, but it's a good place to start.  It at least tells you how big the private rooms are.  Be sure to ask each one if there is a rental fee and a food and beverage minimum.  I found for my shower (much smaller group, daytime event) that a lot of places had a $1000+ minimum, I'd imagine it would be much higher if it's a larger evening/weekend event.
