  • today is my Friday!!

    B:  2 eggs, WW english muffin w/ a little PB and a drizzle of honey; coffee (black)

    S:  if I'm hungry, I have a couple orange slices leftover from yesterday (the oranges I bought at sprouts are as big as grapefruits!)

    L:  Asian Glazed B/S Ckn Thigh, roasted sweet potatoes, peas, roasted green beans; mango

    D:  picking up something healthy at a local place near my house

    WO:  either Insanity Recovery or a regular Insanity work-out.  just have to see how my body feels.

  • B- I slept in again this morning so I was running late. I had coffee and trail mix...not a great breakfast!

    L- Going out to lunch with my mother and little sister! I don't know where yet.

    D- Leftover beans and rice.

  • I'm afraid today is going to look exactly like yesterday.  But really, it's all pretty delicious and keeps me full, so I'm okay with that.

    S: ALT larabar (I'm trying the lemon kind for the first time today...weirdly excited about that!)
