Couples Resort in Jamaica

Has anyone stayed at one of the Couples Resorts in Jamaica? It's one of the most reasonable priced all-inclusive resorts I have come across but also has a good rating. I was just wondering if anyone has had any personal experience (good or bad) they could share, and which resort did you stay at? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Hey!! My mom is a travel agent- she has been to every resort in Jamaica for free (business) and she PAYS every year to go back to Couples Swept Away. She absolutely loves it. She sent my brother for his honeymoon and she's sending me there for mine this fall. They have their own private 7 mile beach and I frigen can't wait!!

I have been to Couples Tower Isle and Couples Sans Souci. Each are different in their own way and have their own vibes. What type of experience are you looking for? I haven't been to Swept Away, but I do believe that is the best of the four properties. It does have a private beach (they all do), but the beach in Negril is 7 miles-not the beach at the resort itself.

Oh yea she's right- the whole 7 miles isn't Swept Away but I believe it's only shared with Sandals Negril. It's not like Cancun where there is a resort every 200 yards.

She also recommends Sandals Whitehouse. It's on the southern side of the island, not near Negril or Montego Bay.

We are staying in Montego Bay. The resort we are staying at is called Wild Orchard. They also have St. James which is managed by the same company. If you are triple a member you get a discount then if you book the Best Available Price then its even better pricing.
