The day after we took some casual engagement photos with our photographer friend, my fiance started doing keto. I joined him a few days later since it was too hard to cook two meals. We got new photos taken with our actual photographer almost exactly a month later.
Wow. He's down about 15 lbs and I've lost 5 or 6. Last November we did a serious work our phase, we were running three times a week and my fiance only managed to drop about 5 lbs. So this is really impressive for him. He's hoping to lose another 10 before the wedding.
