GB Reception Site Closed...HELP!

I found out today my GB reception site (the Club at Tom D*ck and Harry's) closed as of today. My wedding is not until 10/1/2011 but still freaking out!

I loved the venue because it was not a 'ballroom'. Any suggestions on a place to hold about 250 people?

    The Wave in Appleton also just announced it was closing. Did your original venue offer to help you locate another place? I know The Wave was helping their customers out. See if you can get a hold of anyone there yet and see if they can offer some advice. There is also the BIG wedding show at Shopko Hall tomorrow and Saturday. You might find it beneficial to attend.

    *HSG and all bloodwork 11/11 all clear
    *50 mg Clomid/trigger/IUI #1 2/18/12, 1 scrambled egg @ 28mm, DH 111 mil. post wash! = BFFN :(
    *The wait is finally over! My husband is home! Deployments suck!
    *7-8/12 - surprise BFP! Beta came in at 2, confirmed CP.
    *8-9/12 - 50 mg Clomid/trigger/TI/prog., 1 follie @ 22mm = BFN
    *9/12 - Femara/estradoil/TI = cycle cancelled, poor response
    *10/12 - Femara/Follistim/Trigger/IUI #2 = Triggered, but cancelled IUI and changed to TI due to poor response = BFN
    *12/12 - cancelled and on BCP due to 2 large cysts found
    *1/13 - Follistim/Ovidrel/Progesterone/IUI #2 = BFP!!! EDD 10/16/13
    Beta #1 - 18, progesterone 37.5, Beta #2 - 29, Beta #3 - 27
    FU IF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
    *2/13 Switched REs and IUI #3 is pending for March.

    OMG I can't believe they are closing!!! We went to a concert there last winter and I was thinking how awesome it would be to have a reception there!  I am having mine at Riverside Ballroom, which holds up to 700 guests, but its a ballroom.  Have you looked into the Weidner Center?  or The Ravine?  I'm not really sure of anything else...Green Bay doesnt have a lot of new places like that.

    Non-Ballroom ideas:

    Heritage Hill, it would be beautiful in the fall
    Check out the Lower events space and the patio

    What about at the National Rail Road Museum?

    Lambeau Field?!? It's close by Tom & Harry's so it wouldn't change your demographics. They have many different spaces to choose from and might even give you a discount because of the inconvenience your facing.

    TDHs did not assist with trying to find a new spot so I went to the Wedding Show a couple of Fridays ago. Most places were already booked or could not fit our guests (about 200-250). We have the Stadium View on hold because my choices are limited.
