Hello Brides, I used a company www.diyuplighting.com They are amazing. You rent up lights at 19.99 each. They mail you the lights a few days before the event, and once you are done, you stick them back in the box, slap the prepaid label (they provide) and ship them back. It was super easy to set up, and added so much to my Vista Suite at Mandalay Bay. The next day I even dropped the box off at the concierge desk and they mailed it out for me. EASY PEASY! I attached a photo of my vista suite......I only ordered 6, could have used more, but still added some color and décor to the room!

Did you have the lights mailed to you at home or to your hotel in Vegas?

i'm bummed.  I saw your post....checked that night and they were available.  the next night they were sold out!    Just my luck.   We are doing our wedding in the vista suite as well, did you play music thru those big speakers?   if so do you remember the connections they had?

Hi otag, they were shipped to my home in Los Angeles on Tuesday and I left for Vegas on Thursday with my wedding on Saturday and I mailed them back on Monday.

I am so sorry that they are out, you may want to try and call them. I did not use the speaker and to be honest I didn't even turn on any of the TV or equipment because I brought my own beats by Dre boom box. We played music from 6-11:30pm it also have microphones where announcements were made and speeches given. No complaints.

@otag you might call them and ask about availability too.  They might have a waiting list.  People cancel all the time!  I had mine shipped to the hotel, I'm going to have too much to take on a plane already.  If I was driving that would be different but we're in Texas and will be flying to LV.
