    E- CrossFit- Yesterday I hit my max on my pull-ups. I did a total of 70 pull-ups, 140 push ups, and 195 squats within a 20 minute period. My hands are torn up!

  • @TwoDimes - Ehhh it's just how many I grabbed of each when I packed my food this morning. Or, honestly, I probably grabbed like 9 or 13 and those numbers make me feel weird so I threw a few more of each in the baggy so that it was a nice rounded number. 

    I am a weirdo.
