I want to be able to work with my own caterer, but Milwaukee seems to lack places to do so, help!!!

There is no "exclusive caterer". They have a list of about 15 that have been there and are "recommednded", yet, it is not limited.  If your caterer can provide whatever paperwork is neccessary, they are open.

Villa Filomena has preferred caterers, but you can use whomever you would like - same goes for Renaissance Place
