    I don't think I would notice :) people mix fabrics all the time
    A wedding is a party, not a performance. If at the end of the day you are married to the one you love, then everything went perfectly.

    Yes!  Mostly because I wouldn't suggest satin table cloths because they'd be sliding all over the place!  Most people do polyester chair and table cloths with satin chair ties and satin table runners or overlays, but like PP said I don't think people would notice or care, it won't look bad!

    I'm sure ti wont look bad, but satin can be really uncomfortable to sit on.  It gets hot easily, and is, obviously, very slippery, so if someone is in a satin dress, they might slide around.

    I would advice against solid satin covers and go for the sash the PP mentioned.
