There was a car alarm going off almost incessantly for the past half hour!!! Even though our office door is closed I could still hear it just as loud as when the door was open. UGH

This is when you implement an office policy where it's okay to rock out to super loud music. Phone ringing be damned.

UGH. When I lived in Philly, there was a 3 day stretch some guys car alarm was going off. 3 DAYS. when the guy got back from his trip, it was, trashed to say the least.

There is a guy who brings his dog to play in the parking lot behind our office, even though there is a park literally 3 minutes away. I'm 5 floors up and all I can hear is the barking barking barking because he wants that stick NOW!! He's leaves juuuuust enough time between visits that you think he's found somewhere else to go...

I live next to a parking garage for a hospital and I can't tell you how often there are car alarms going off that echo throughout the garage and city streets.  It makes me crazy.  It most often happens at night when I'm trying to sleep.  I often wish I could trash the offending car, but I'd never.
