VENUE HELP?!

Does anyone know of a venue in southern DE that will let you have your own caterer? I wanted to do it at a state park but they make you use on of there vendors.

    There is a place in Middletown/Delaware City area that is a three story barn on the water that will let you use your own caterer.  They are quite pricey though.  I think it is $4,000 just for the rental.  Not including food, alcohol, decorations, cake, etc.  It's called Thousand Acre Farm.
