  • Hahahaha... I like how she called the WW brides wise. I mean, I am sure some are...but this poster does not convince me!

  • I don't understand why she feels obligated to stay in the middle of this. I get that the brother contacted her, but that doesn't mean she now NEEDS to intervene and be a part of this. Maybe she just enjoys drama or something.

  • I don't either Simply.

Is this an OOT wedding?   If yes, then I understand why he would want to spend time with his date  Let's face it WP are often tied up in the few hours before the wedding, during and just after the wedding.  I can see why he might want to hang with her until he needs to get ready.

Or maybe he is just using the GF as an excuse because would rather not hang with his brother?

What differentiates an average host and a great host is anticipating unexpressed needs and wants of their guests.  Just because the want/need is not expressed, doesn't mean it wouldn't be appreciated.

Either way it doesn't really matter since he's not required to participate in pre-wedding activities if he doesn't want to.  This girl sounds like a drama llama.

Oh, I know that.  I just find sometimes thinking like the other person helps understand why someone is doing something that you can't understand.

She is all "OMG, brother will not hang with FI.  Poor Fi.  Why is WM being so difficult?".  Maybe stepping back and seeing it from his point of view she would just let it go.

@grumbledore That was me. ;) I peruse until I inevitably read something that just disgusts/angers/shocks me and I quit for the day.

The Worst Man? Serious eye roll to that one. Plus, he is going to the wedding. He doesn't need to spend the whole freaking day with the groom. I'd also invite his date to the brunch. Sounds like she'll be the only groomsman's date NOT included in the brunch. Rude. those WW ladies are cray-cray.
