Good milwaukee area dress alterations/ Is this possible?

So I was wondering if someone could answer a question for me? I am getting married early next year, and am beginning my wedding dress search. I fell in love with this dress that is way out of my budget, however found two online from a preowned wedding dress website within my budget and they're located close to me so it wouldn't be too much trouble to drive out there to take a look.

The measurements seem pretty close, but was wondering if it would be possible to take them in/let them out to get the right fit? I've attached a photo below, the dress is by Lazaro and pretty intricate with beading and embroidery. Also it has a zip/button back not a corset which I know could complicate things. Below are the measurements of the two dresses and mine as well.

Does anyone think one of these dresses could be altered and any reccomendations on someone near Milwaukee to make them? Any insights would be awesome!

I would ask for recommendations for a good seamstress and contact them & ask your question & show them pictures.  They know what they can do.  I found a dress I loved & wanted the bust "re-done" and asked my seamstress if it was do-able.  Short answer, yes, but very complicated & pricey.  I moved on.  I know you can definitely take a dress in, but they could give you price estimates & more detail if you contact a seamstress.

I would ask, I am on the smaller end as well and sometimes a dress can only be taken in so much. I know I went up a size with my mermaid style dress because I was unable to let it out if I had to being between sizes.
