Meal Option on Website Guest RSVP

At what point can the guests select their meal options? I have set up our wedding website and the RSVP section for the site but when the guests RSVP the meal options do not show. I have gone to Guest List settings and it says the options are there, but on the website RSVP page it does not show. What am I doing wrong?

After they enter their name, they are taken to a screen where they can add their email, indicate if they are going or not, and, if enabled, select your meal.

I had the same issue with adding the options but them not showing up.You have to enable it somewhere, I can't quite remember where. Try through the Guest List.
