Hey ladies - I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions or information on locations for alterations in Frederick of Carroll County? I purchased my dress at David's Bridal, but I have been hearing horror stories about their alterations and how they normally charge more than how much the dress actually cost - so I am looking for other options. If anything, I'm looking on adding a bustle to my dress, but may need the length altered if my heels don't make me tall enough.Thanks for any information you can give to this Maryland (though out-of-town) bride!
