Umm what? Since when is Virginia 31.1 miles from Vancouver????? This statement makes zero sense, since OP lives in Vancouver (and not across the border), and the East Coast is approx 3000 miles away.....

I think she meant she lives 31 miles outside the US, not outside of Virginia. Like if they were 32 miles closer in Washington they wouldn't need passports and visas?

But she's still all kinds of rude and wrong and just generally awful.
