Wedding Woes

Microsoft Access Question

I'm not super familiar with this program.  I know how to do what I want to do and that's kind of it.

So, I have a database, where I make tables that are basically fields for a mail merge.  Right now, I open my old table, copy it, close it, make new table, then paste old info in and type over it.  I do that so I don't have to re-set up all of the fields.

If anyone knows: Is there a way to just have the new table be created with the fields already in place?  Basically have it using a template somehow?
