Hmmmmm friend providing hotels but not where I'd like

So one of 2 best friends that will be at my wedding has a timeshare, it turns out she has several weeks of timeshare usage to use.  So she's reserved 2 one bedroom condo's for our two grown daughters (21 and 27) and they're SO's at the Polo Towers. This is awesome as we'll be there the whole week, this will save us a bunch of money over the Cosmo paying for 2 more rooms for a week, but not so much over the PH with their 30% off sale.  The problem I have is that I really wanted everyone to be together and not at too many different hotels and I'm afraid if the girls stay over there I will hardly see them!   I don't want to insult my friend but how do I tell her I really want everyone together?  Especially our kids?   I know, I need to talk to her but I'm struggling with how to approach this.  I really don't want to hurt her feelings.    Thoughts?

I think you would still see them, you just wouldn't see them when they went to bed, if you have a timeline of what you wanted to do i would go with that, we have our guests in different hotels, we have a block room rate at the Flamingo but some guests are at Time Shares and different hotels bc they found better deals ...but ultimately i would go with what you are comfortable with

It sounds perfectly reasonable to say that you would like you daughters close to you. Polo towers doesn't look that far though. Your daughters may prefer to stay in the Cosmopolitan. I'd find out where they fancy if they want the Cosmopolitan I'd tell your friend they want to be close to their mum on such a special occasion.

If I were the daughters I'd rather stay at PH to begin with; no fun for someone that age being off strip and having to take cabs back and forth all the time.  If daughters agree, just tell your friend well my daughters want to be around all the partying/clubs/pool at PH so I appreciate the offer but I'm going to let them stay at PH.

Polo Towers is directly on the Strip, just north of PH, in the Hawaiian Marketplace area. Also, it might be good to ask your daughters about what they want?
