Why FB, Why?

So I'm scrolling down my news feed on Facebook. I see that someone I didn't know was engaged is immersed in the wedding planning process. Awesome. I love weddings (thus, why I'm still on this site). The first status is a random/vague "OMG there's so much stuff to do!" which I can jump on board with because it can be overwhelming. She then asked who wants an invite and even if they couldn't make it to the wedding because they're on the other side of the country maybe they want an STD. ("Like" to get an invite!) Andplusalso the awesome special website will be up for us all to check out once "the Lady" finishes it. I'm sitting here wondering if I should ask for an invite to see this super special day.

Wow....you have to go and give us the scoop!!

A guy I knew way back in the day recently posted on FB asking if anyone wanted to come to his wedding because his side was looking more empty than the bride's. Awkward.

What I'm thinking is it might all end up on Facebook so I might not even have to attend. Due to some random circumstances there's a good chance I'm on the actual invite list.
  • We'll take details however you can get them! It's been too quiet on the boards lately.
