Where can I find this Dress!?

I am newly engaged, and I don't know where to start looking for dresses. This is an image of the dress I want, where can I find something like this? Would i have to custom make it?

I would try to find out who the designer is. It looks like its from Say Yes to The Dress. Once you find that out look at their website then there should be a link to where to find the dress. There should be a listing of local places that sell the dress. Thats what Ive had to do on alot of the dresses I've found online.
