Really need suggestions!! How to keep dessert and food cold and fresh for outdoor Sept wedding!

I am marrying my best friend Sept 20, 2014, and we are having a late outdoor backyard wedding reception and ceremony. Were having a dessert only wedding reception, which is also outdoors! I'm not too worried about bugs as i am the desserts getting hot or melting ect. I have racked my brain trying to come up with a way to keep the desserts cold during the reception, but i just can't come up with anything! Anybody have suggestions? Feel free to post, every idea helps!!

These things. They're called cold decks, and you can rent them from just about any party supply place. Around my area, they run about 25-35 dollars. Rent or borrow umbrellas if you don't have a shady area.
