I am thinking of having a Wedding party of only children (3 flowers girls, My daughters).

Should I have a head table?

May I invite parents of the groom and my parents to sit at the head table also? Or is this weird?

If it is not appropriate, what seating would work instead?

You can do whatever in this case. You can do a sweetheart table, and small head table of just you, your FI and three daughters, you could do a larger table with both your parents or a normal table like your other guests with your parents. I would solidify your wedding party before deciding this

How old are your daughters? I don't want to assume they're young, but if so, I think it would be best to have them sit with you.
I think it's fine to have all your parents there, too.
As long as you don't seperate couples, there is no real right or wrong.

Head tables are anything goes.  If you want one or both sets of parents to sit with you, that's fine.  If you want just your daughters, that's fine.  If you want to sit with your siblings or BFFs (even though they aren't in the WP) that's fine too.  The only rule is that you keep couples together and small kids with their parents (unless the parents are ok with the kids being elsewhere.)

It's fine if you choose not to sit with your daughters, too, but as the parent, you'll have to think about where else you can put them and know they'll behave.

This is why I will not have a sweetheart table.

I went to a wedding as a guest of a groomsmen. The bride and groom had their parents sit at the head table. The bridal party all sat at the regular tables. They didn't want to split couples. It's fine to have your daughters and parents.
