I'm paying $695 for 6 hours, but they threw in 2 of those hours for free.  I don't think $150 is bad, but you can probably bargin for some freebies to make it a better deal.  It also depends on how many hours you want.  If you are only looking at 2 or 3 hours, then 150/hr is good.

Our DJ was $900 for as much as you wanted.  So he did music from 5 to 11:30 (cocktail hour, dinner, and dance).  So that comes to $150/hr.  I thought it was pretty reasonable since he came with all of the equipment, set-up, lights, etc

Can you guys include the names of your DJ's? I'm currently on the hunt for my own and needing any and all suggestions!

We have not had our wedding yet, but our DJ is Lars from Music Masters Entertainment

He is AMAZING!  He's very prompt on getting back to me and has been incredible!  He is playing from the beginning of our ceremony to the end of the reception - so 11 hours and it's $900.  We did get $50 off for being referred from someone.  If you would like to go with him just PM me and I can give you my info and you can save the $50 too!
