Pig Roast

Looking for anyone that does a pigroast, does anyone know of a really good company?

    Where are you looking?  I know a guy in Cedarburg area that does it on the side for fun.  I think that he only brings the meat already cut up in nescos.  If you want I can get you his info.

    You may want to check with Saz's.  I'm not sure, but I think they might do them.

    Bub's Big Texas Barbeque I believe might have some options for you. We used them for our wedding.

    We are using Maple Creek Farms in Waukesha for our wedding (July 2010).  We've used Bubs to cater my birthday party this past fall and their food was great, too.  With Maple Creek, you can supliment what they offer with things you may want from other places (your own pasta salads, corn bread...) and I'm not sure if Bub's would let you.
