I'm disappointed

It's almost noon here in the mountain time zone and I have not seen one post from any Knot staff member addressing the issues with the forum.   


Pretty sad if you ask me.






What differentiates an average host and a great host is anticipating unexpressed needs and wants of their guests.  Just because the want/need is not expressed, doesn't mean it wouldn't be appreciated.

    I get there would not be an update right away.  It's almost 2pm EDT there now,   I guess it's too much to ask for an update.

    Yeah, I'm disappointed, too.

    I honestly think that one thing that happened was that the system got updated to include improvements (i.e. groups), but the update undid a bunch of changes that had been made.

    Either way, the multiple posting errors and the lack of @ notifications is really unacceptable.

    Things I like: I now have the ability to use paragraphs on my iPad and user names are suggested as you type (particularly handy for names that have a long string of numbers attached) 
    Things I do not like: Triple posts that don't get fixed all weekend because they updated on Saturday. On the fence about groups until they ACTUALLY happen.

    Probably because they know what bitches we can be when they do shit like this to us...because we do it all the time when they do this shit to us...

    Ok, I'm chatting with someone from TK Concierge. This is what she's said so far:

    Sarah: Great question! There are lots of issues with the forums right now but the tech team is aware and trying to solve everything quickly!

    Sarah: There will be an update on the Tech Help Forum shortly too! :)


    Here's hoping she's not lying and we get some sort of news soon.

    So far the only updates on the Tech board are KP going "there will be an update later about the situation". I asked for clarification re: what's a glitch and what's a new service, but so far she hasn't responded.

  • Hey guys -- the tech team fixed the "groups" banner issue this morning and we're waiting to hear back about the other tech problems, which seem to be happening across all 3 brands. We sent them a list of glitches this morning and are hoping that they'll be resolved by tomorrow.

  • Thank you for the update. I guess the question now is why did it happen at all and why did it take so long to be addressed. and one more thing, I hate when I end up in no paragraph mode- grrrr
