Soldering rings!

I want to get my engagement ring and wedding bands soldered together but I have no idea where to go! All rings are hand-me-downs that mean a lot to me so does anyone know of a good place to go to get them soldered? Or how much something like this usually costs? I'm located in the northeast Ohio area. Thank you!

I would recommend going to a small mom/pop shop that has a good rep. I've have heard nightmares about cleaning/repairs from chain stores and that is on products they sell too. The smaller shops thrive on repeat business and customer service is very important to them.

You might post on your local wedding board - this one is international. 

Otherwise, start googling up reviews on local jewelers and consult a couple.

I'm going to DC Taylor's, where I got my wedding band.  They have decent prices and great service, at least here they do.

I use to work in jewelry and you should definitely go to a local jeweler who does all their work on-premises. Chain stores send their work to central locations and if something happens to your jewelry they will only be able to cut you a check for the appraised value of the jewelry unless it's a piece That they sell.

Ask the person you know who wears the nicest jewelry for a recommendation on a good jeweler.  It's been my experience that people who own/wear lots of nice jewelery know a great place for repairs.
