Engagement party venue in Miami

Hi, everyone! My fiance and I are currently on the hunt for an inexpensive venue in the Miami area to host our engagement party. We're looking at hosting between 100 and 150 people. We have a caterer in mind, so we're looking for a venue that allows outside vendors. Any tips? Thank you

Much easier if you skip your caterer.  Monty's in the Grove does a great party and the food is excellent.
