Anyone know how to do a spiral napkin fold?

Does any know how to create this napkin fold?  I've been searching Google forever and can't find step by step instructions.  My venue says it's too time-consuming for them to do this so I want to make them.

I used to work for a catering company, and we did lots of unique decor folds - but not sure what a spiral fold is.  It's true, that special folds can take lots of time.
