What else did you put on the tables apart from the feathers? We're thinking of not going with a centerpiece as the food is served family style. But our other idea is to go with some balloons and table crystals, as well as a menu and the table name.

I do like the black linen - if you don't mind, can you tell me how much it cost to upgrade to that?

That's all folks! Hope you loved them as much as we do. It was amazing to see all of my planning come together on the day and these pics are a true testament to Todd's skill and the hours upon hours I spent on here getting support, advice and ideas from all of you wonderful people to make our wedding as awesome as it was.

I had my absolute dream wedding in Vegas and wouldn't have changed a single thing!

@ nicolajane here are a few extra pics of our table scape and decor at Maggiano's to answer your questions.

The linens were about $200 from RSVP rentals all up which included the table cloths (they are actually fuchsia table cloths with black satin overlays) and black satin napkins. I provided my own table runners and chair sashes. The only other things I had on the tables aside from the feather centerpieces were candles, menu cards, place cards and small candle favors which you can see in the pics. I was worried about room on the tables for family style but it worked out well.

I also upgraded the chairs to black chiavari which was about an additional $300 but I was below the minimum.

I actually made my ostrich feather centrepieces. I spent forever trying to find a vendor who would supply them and was being quoted $120 - $180 PER centrepiece... ummm NO THANKS! So I bought everything off eBay and only paid $40 per centrepiece. It took me about 1 hour to assemble them all - they are REALLY easy to make. Keep an eye out for brides who are selling theirs after their wedding cos I got 2nd hand feathers and they still looked awesome! I actually left all of my centrepieces, candles, table runners and chair sashes with Sari and asked her to recycle them with another wedding - so if you are booked with Culinary Pros and want to use any of that stuff for your event - just let Sari know. I also have to hand it to my FI who drew detailed autocad drawings with exact dimensions of our wedding layout and table scape. The LOVE sign is from LED Unplugged and cost about $370 which included delivery and set up. I got 12 uplights for $600 also from LED Unplugged. Maggiano's looked FREAKING AWESOME that night! I also bought our table runners, chair sashes and candles from eBay. All of the reception stationery (ie menu cards, place cards, roulette wheel seating chart, cake topper etc) were supplied by All About Details. Annie was fantastic to work with and customised everything to suit my theme and colours.

missmo, you looked gorgeous!  And the pictures are wonderful!  I can't wait to work with Todd!  I'm so happy your day went so smoothly.  Hey, question about your drink menus: did you ask for certain drinks to be made or how does that work?  I keep seeing old posts on here about a martini bar at Maggiano's but we're having our reception there and nobody's mentioned that to me yet.  I asked about signature cocktails and Beth told me that depending on the bar package we get, they can make most anything.  We are doing the food package that includes 4 hours of premium bar.  Did you have a special upgrade for the custom drinks or what?

Thank you @wrigleyville. Initially we were getting married at the Gazebo but when I went on my scouting trip in September Flamingo had JUST finished remodelling their indoor chapel and it was in my wedding colours! Haha it was just meant to be.

The roulette wheel seating chart was made by All About Details for about $70 all up totally customised to our wedding colours too. It was an excellent touch to our décor and Vegas theme. Annie is also really easy to work with and a very responsive and reasonably priced vendor. She aims to please and delivers a quality product.

 

@dbacksgirl the premium bar comes with the traditional cocktails which are the cosmopolitan, lemon drop martini, pomegranate martini, margarita, long island iced tea and mojito. We upgraded from the Premium bar to the Super Premium so we had Grey Goose Vodka, Patron tequila etc. and it was only $6p/p for that upgrade. Because we upgraded guests could basically order ANYTHING behind the bar and our bartender was even mixing his own crazy concoctions by the end of the night which the guests LOVED! It was definitely worth the bar upgrade.

Some fab shots in there Mo! So glad you're happy with them how did you fit in the trip to the sign with all your guests into your timeline? I don't know how we would have managed it if our chapel wasn't as close as it was! Thankfully there was no queue!

Thank you! I really do like the pictures. We are sending off our Thank You cards today and I have been able to incorporate heaps of pics into the stationery. That is our FINAL wedding item completed. Now onto just enjoying being married :-)

@Jiimanie with our timeline we hosted a cocktail hour while we took those pics around the Flamingo and then we got all of our guests onto a party bus, met them at the sign, then headed off to Graceland to get re-married ;-) while our guests toured the strip and got to Maggiano's. There was a HUGE queue at the sign but my BIL literally just "pushed in". Nobody really cared though and they took pictures of us getting our pictures taken at the sign! I also saw 2 other brides there around the time we were there. Our day was popular Ladies!
