how do I add a gif in a thread?

I looked on the sigs, gif, and images thread, but it seems it's only for sigs. Help would be nice...thank you...

When you have a gif, right click and copy the URL. Put it in a thread by hitting the small picture icon (looks like a Polaroid) and paste the URL there.

If you're on a computer you can also copy a gif image, and then paste it directly into the body of the text.
