Song for parent dance? Opinions please!

Instead of doing separate dances, I'm going to dance with my dad while FI dances with his mom. I've been struggling to find the right song that's not too cheesy. Today I came up with John Lennon's version of Stand By Me. What do you think?

    I think that's a good choice. Incidentally, FI and I are doing Seal's version of Stand by Me for our first dance. We're also doing a combined parent dance and using "Can You Feel the Love Tonight" by Elton John. It's slightly cheesy but I am a sucker for the Lion King. It's at least not gag-worthy like Butterfly Kisses or Wind Beneath My Wings.

    It's a nice choice.  For another idea.....my dad and I danced to Wonderful World by Michael Buble.
