Officiants

Hi!  I've been on the knot for awhile, not really active on the message boards or anything...

Our wedding date is August 23, 13 at the Harley Davidson Museum.  We have a lot of our major vendors, but need an officiant.  We were thinking of doing a rose ceremony.  Anyone have any recommendations?

We are using Jeff Kohl from Parkside Wedding Chapel. We really enjoyed our meeting with him and the Boerner Botanical Gardens reccommended him to us as their 'favorite' officiant.

A bunch of people I know have used Reverend Jane Stewart. She is always pleasant from what I've seen.

We used Reverend Eva Overholt and really liked her. She was kind and excited about the wedding and working with us to write out the ceremony ... but not overwhelming, which was great.

Check out You Had Me at I Do. We're getting married the day after you and just booked one of their officiants. I left that decision up to my FI, so I don't know much about them, but at least it's a name?

They are somehow affiliated with a DJ, too, if you still need that.

Thank you all for the suggestions.  I had seriously thought of contacting Derek Mosely.  Did you use him or know anyone who has?

We used Nichole Baird and had no complaints - she was reasonable too!
