3. Our friend gave us a ton of lawn care equipment yesterday that she is getting rid of since she is down sizing. I think we got about $500-$700 worth of equipment and only paid $100 for it. I'm amazed.

4. The thought that I get to shop at the Chandlery over lunch time with @LaPeanut1018 and my mom. Love that store!

5. My new patriotic wreath that I made last night!

6. The new decorations I bought for the house yesterday at home goods! Our house will look the bomb.com!

7. That our puppy process is moving forward and from the updates received a couple days ago, the babies are growing and healthy!

8. How nice the weather has been lately.

9. That H got a summer job and will be earning some money towards his tuition for his next degree.

I want Home Depot gift cards!!!

1. The amazing quote we got to have 40 trees removed from our front and backyard. I can't wait to share pictures! So many of our yard issues are going to go away now!

2. Our new living room paint. I can't AW the before/after photo yet because we still don't have the living room back in order thanks to FI working late the past three nights.

3. My hair and make-up contract are finalized and the deposit is paid!

4. I get to have lunch with the best MOH/little sister EVAH and my mom today and go shopping at one of our favorite boutiques.

5. FI FINALLY moved the lawn last night and it looks soooo much better.

6. Bridesmaids dress shopping is next weekend!

7. We're going on vacation in just over a month! I can't wait to spend time with FI's family and take his mom, sister, and niece dress shopping!

8. We have our second session of pre-marital counseling tonight!

1.  My H is off of work at 4:30 PM today until TUESDAY (I have to work in the meantime, but mainly nights so that's not too bad)

2.  I finally made a doctor's appt for Tuesday   It's great being an adult.

3.  I have $30 in grocery gift cards I'll be spending/saving today.

4.  I've been cross stitching like a fiend lately. 

5.  I have cream cheese chicken chili in the fridge and it is SO going into my belly for lunch!

6.  I love Criminal Minds.  Always.

7.  I love that H is a super organized crazy person - it keeps our apartment way more organized than it would be if it were just me.

8.  H pays $30 less on car insurance now that we're married (obviously, we're old and this married effect is basically negated by our age...lol)

9.  I get a 15-20% discount at my retail job. 

10.  That we have so many gift cards to home depot and haven't used them yet cause we don't have a house.    Cause I assume no response to our counter offer means "haha, no".

@southernpeach89 and @lapeanut1018 you guys are having lawn mowing problems   H and I used to mow the lawn together and it went way faster (we had almost an acre at our rental, so mowing the lawn was kinda a task.)  As I told @southern...one time, I drove the riding mower into a bush.  Oops.

@Blue & White We have about a 3/4 acre lot but the majority of it is woodsy (for now!) so we don't actually have a lot of grass to mow. It's just we kept getting delayed. It was rainy this weekend and FI has been working all night every night the past three days so it just hasn't happened and in the mean time our lawn turned in to a jungle! He mows while I rake and trim bushes so it's a win win.

1. My house. It still hasn't fully set in that we own a house and it is ours, and we live there now.

2. Tessie girl. I love her always, but she has been so good through this whole process.

3. My parents for all they have done to help us with the house! And the housewarming party they are throwing us this weekend.

4. My job. Working in a school system is great and I have to say that I love not having to look over my shoulder every day and that I don't have the ever changing healthcare system lurking around every corner. 

5. My BF. He is doing such a good job trying to make the house look nice for the party this weekend. He's been having such a hard time with his mom and missing his dad and he is still working so hard through all that. He's the best.

6. My iced coffee. Couldn't make it through the day without it!

7. NEY for helping me pass the time during the day when work gets slow.

8. Pintrest for giving me ideas for the new house.

9. Loving that this job has half days on Friday's all summer and I might actually get to go to the beach this year.

1. The thunderstorm stopped just in time this morning for me to get my run in.

10. NEY. I've made some amazing friends here. Specifically, @tuarceatha keeps me sane with regular visits. Her, @flygirlmeg and @suzie211 feel like soulmates. @swazzle and @goldenpenguin make me laugh daily. @audrewuh and @loves2shop4shoes check in on me and give me such warm fuzzies.

I like this game!

1. My office closes at 1:00 on Fridays during the summer which starts tomorrow.

2. FI is just generally amazing in every way.

3. Chobani yogurt is on sale so I stocked up which means I have breakfast every day.

4. We’ve had some staffing changes in my department at work, and now I work with a bunch of really awesome people who are great at their jobs.

 5.  I bought a new brand of moisturizer and my skin feels fabulous.

 6. FI and I just agreed that we would skip exchanging gifts for our anniversary this year, which is a relief for both of us. Still planning on going out for a nice dinner.

 7. Venue is booked and the deposit is paid, and we’ve also found a caterer and photographer that we like. Engagement shoot is FINALLY rescheduled, for next weekend. YAY!

 8. I got a cute new tumbler from World Market, and it helps me remember to drink more water while I’m at work.

 9. My Grandma’s coming to visit and go dress shopping with me this weekend, super excited for that. We’re going out to several of my favorite restaurants and I’m going to eat all the things. Plus it gave me a much needed kick in the pants to get my apartment cleaned up.

 10. My apartment is clean!

I know I'm not going to be able to get to 10 this morning, but I still want to play!

1.) That I can apparently limp a little more life out of my high-temperature thermocouple on my safety system. This reactor is the embodiment of Murphy's Law.

2.) My tropical blend juice.

3.) That I'm either doing laundry or moving tonight! Both things need to get done.

4.) That Ellie had a wonderful vet visit yesterday - she's down to 9.7 lb (girl has a waist!) and all the vet is concerned about is a tooth cleaning sometime this year. However, I am not loving the price of that.

5.) That I'm in the new, novel, significant part of my research and so far things on the surface appear to be going well?

7. I get to see my parents after work today.

8. FI was offered a full time position at the company he works at. Right now he works through a temp agency so if he gets hired on full time he will get a $1.50 raise and a ton of really amazing benefits! His boss told him about the position before the company posted it because he is really pushing to get FI hired on. I'm so proud of him!!

9. Pay day is Tuesday and that makes me happy.

10. We have been looking at houses the last couple of weeks and its really exciting. We've talked more about the future which is a nice break from wedding talk which is all our lives have been consumed with. I am so excited to start a life with FI. I've never wanted anything more in my entire life.

1.  I love my job.  My boss is super sweet.  I get to do actually important, impactful work, and I get free trips and kickass benefits.
2.  I'm grateful for my DH every day.  Even when we fight, he's still the best person I've ever known.  He does not have a mean or malicious bone in his entire body.  He's unbelievably kind, sweet, funny, patient, understanding, non-judgmental, supportive, and hard working.  He's truly my very best friend. 
3.  I love living close to my brother.  Even if it's just for a little while, it's nice to do things together whenever we want.
4.  I love that Chiberia has left the building.  At least for a few months.
5.  I love that I've finally got a good doctor who is guiding me through the health issues I have.
6.  I love Anniecat.  She's adorable, precious, and sweet.  She's a good girl.
7.  I love that someone I love got engaged last night.  I couldn't be happier for her.
8.  I love that Jeremy and I are financially stable, and actively growing our savings.
9.  I'm excited for my upcoming trips!
10.  I love NEY.  It has provided me years of entertainment, and more importantly, some amazing friendships.  Specifically, I'm grateful for @suzie211, who welcomed me to Chicago with open arms.  She shows me all of the cool places to eat/drink.  She's a good friend to me, and she doesn't have to be.  She has a million friends.  It's a nice feeling that someone with that vast a social network would elect to make me a part of her life.  I'm grateful for the laughs, support, and trust I've found in Peek and @audrewuh.  I'm grateful for the love and constant inspiration I receive from @cu97tiger.  I'm grateful for the constant laughter from @GoldenPenguin.  I'm grateful for the life lessons I've learned from @LivLeighton.

@buddysmom80 ...is your coworker a helicopter mom that has wedding-aged children?  Or is she just really well connected/into planning events?   I've seen helicopter moms in college but I wasn't aware they continued past college (except the random news article about mommy calling about an interviewee's prospector something)  I'm so glad you have supportive people helping you with the big things - it was hard to find recommendations and we had to rely a lot on the interwebs for our vendors (everything turned out great, but I like real people recommendations the best!)
