Looking for someone to do my hair and makeup...

I am getting married at the end of Feb and I need to find somebody to do my hair and makeup for my wedding.  Id also like to go before the wedding and do a trial run on a couple different styles so I know what I like for sure.  Im in the Milwaukee area...he/she doesnt have to be able to come to me,I am willing to drive to a salon.  I am really very nervous about picking somebody...I have had the same stylist for 7 years and she recently moved to another state.  Its hard to trust someone for your hair and makeup and especially on your wedding day so Im hoping to find someone with very high recomendations.  Thanks for your help!!

I would try craigslist. There are tons of stylist to choose from. I would make sure to do a trial as well!

Cynthia Kempke does a BEAUTIFUL job on hair and make up. I used to do nails and worked with her years ago and have continued to go to her for the past ten years,. She has extensive experience in make up, including working for Dior oversees. She is a very detailed oriented hair stylist. I can't say enough good things about her!

I highly recommend Neroli salons. Its an Aveda salon and no matter who I go see, they do an amazing job. They have high standards for their stylists. They have salons in the 3rd ward, east side, bayshore and I think Brookfield? Anyway, I am trusting the 3rd ward location with my hair for my wedding! They do trials as well.

We (bridesmaids and bride) went to Neroli in the Third Ward for hair for my sister's wedding, and everyone's hair came out great.  She also got her makeup done at Blush right around the corner, and was really happy with the results!  She had a trial done at both ahead of time, although I'm not 100% sure what she ended up paying.  Good luck :-)

Erik of norway!! There's 2 locations, one downtown on north milwaukee street, and one in Mequon. Of course I'm partial because I work there, but I'm having my hair and makeup done in June If you email me I can give you the names of the girls I'm using, but no matter who you choose you can't go wrong.
