Bridesmaids and MOH gifts

So far I have a box put together for all of my girls that includes a piece of jewelry specific to what each girl would like (different pieces not for the wedding) as their main gift, and I have added some small lotion, awesome lip gloss, and some gourmet chocolates. However, I feel as though I should be doing something extra for my MOH since she has gone above and beyond, but I'm not 100% sure what to get her. Any ideas? I got her a charm for her Pandora already in her gift. Is this something extra something I should give her alone so the other girls don't get upset?

    What does she like? If it were Christmas or her birthday, what would you get her?

    In general my preference would be to receive a gift from the bride separate from the other bridesmaids, even if they were similar gifts. It feels more personal. But if you add something extra for your maid of honor, I would DEFINITELY do that separately.

    As for what else to get her... well, none of us know your MOH, so we won't be much help. Maybe a gift card to one of her favorite places/ stores? That's about the most specific advice we can give without knowing anything about her.
