help make this possible please!

We would really love to just rent a suite that will comfortably fit 21 people and 2 kids, have an officiant come in quickly marry us and bring in our own food and drinks and cupcakes. Is this possible? I looked at suites at ballys does anyone know if we can pull this off? We really just want something small, simple and enjoyable for our family. Thank you for any and all help! I've enjoyed my time lurking and getting some great ideas from everyone!

  • Yes, this is possible. Lots of hotels do an in-suite marriage package. Just check out the websites for all the different hotels on the strip and look at their wedding packages.
  • I haven't seen any that allow guests. We'd like to have our immediate family and closest friends to join us. I'm also looking at doing a small ceremony and dinner, drinks and cupcakes at magicians. I need to do everything ceremony, dinner, drinks, small amount of flowers, transportation, and photography for $5000 or less fingers crossed!

  • Can you do your ceremony in suite as well? And how many guests does this accommodate?

I think you could hire an outside officiant to come up to your suite and host the reception. Afterwards. I'm sure the hotels want the monopoly on ceremonies inside their hotels but really how would they know

  • None of the hotels allow outside vendors however brides do it all the time...you just don't tell the hotel. I had mine at the Cosmopolitan in a wrap around suite and did not experience any issues bringing in the vendors. www.vegasgroom.com has a lot of great information on his site and www.littlevegaswedding.com has real in suite weddings/receptions. I suspect some hotels are easier to get the vendors in to versus others. You can also use the search feature here to look for past brides who have hosted in suite festivities.
