Monday Accountability

B- hot chocolate yogurt and blueberries

L-warm quinoa salad

S-grapes

D- potato wedges, kale chips and may be a veggie patty

S- wine and some trail mix

E- hopefully a half an hour on the elliptical

    L - PB&J, Wheat Thins Popped
    D - Vegetable fajitas

    E- hopefully a walk if its not storming, arm, back, and ab work out...leg work out if I don't get my walk in. Trying to talk FI into getting back into to Yoga with me, so maybe that too.

  • I wasn't feeling well this morning so I didn't have much of an appetite.

    Dinner with H's parent's tonight

    Cross Fit this morning
  • B- Granola bar after workout, green smoothie at work
    S - Greek yogurt
    L - Chicken noodle soup, baby carrots, Babybel cheese, applesauce, sugar-free Jello (I always eat like a 5-year old at lunch lol)
    S - 100-calorie pack of cookies... need to eat through the giant box of 100-calorie packs I bought at Costco forever ago
    D - Caribbean jerk chicken, peas, corn... plus a sugar-free fudgesicle for dessert
    E - 50 minutes on the elliptical this morning
