Looking for caterer to do a hog roast- sw wisc

We want to do a hog roast for our casual BBQ reception, but having trouble finding someone who will do it on-site in SW Wisconsin. It'll be in a tiny town, about an hour  south of LaCrosse, hour west of Madison. If anyone has any ideas, it would be much appreciated!

You should check out J L Richards, click HERE. I saw them at a bridal show in Madison a year ago and it was tasty. I am not sure how far they travel.

Pettibone in la crosse does a pig roast but I don't know if they cater

JL Richards in Oregon is a good idea otherwise Club Tavern out of Middleton does them too. I'm not sure about JL Richards but Club Tavern will travel outside of Dane County. Here is their site with their catering menu where you can find their prices and information about delivery. Hope it helps!
