Has anyone used "Rent My Wedding"?

I'm considering renting uplighting from "Rent My Wedding".  Have any of you rented from them?  If so, was the service / experience / product good?
(They have reviews on their site of course, but I couldn't find anything related to them on TK.)

ETA:  They are not a physical store, they simply have a website that you can rent uplighting, gobos, etc. from for weddings or other events.  While their site is impressive & thorough, I just wanted to see if any of you have used them, or are thinking of using them!

No, they are not local - I believe they are based in Chicago, but ship nationally.

We rented uplighting from DIYuplighting.com. Its the same price as Rent My Wedding - $19 each except with DIYuplighting you only have to put down a $25 deposit to hold the lights and they will charge your card the remaining balance when the lights ship. You also have longer to ship the lights back.
