NEED Outdoor Venues in Central WI!

I am extremely jealous of the bride-to-be's that live in the Madison and Milwaukee areas...there are so many beautiful outdoor wedding venues! I'm desperately seeking one in the Marshfield/Wausau area and have only come across a couple (Willow Springs and a supper club) Does anyone have any suggestions?!

    Munson Bridge Winery in Thorp (about 45-60 min NW from Marshfield, and about 50 min to the west of Wausau) is really pretty and have different options (including a barn loft which is really pretty), depending on the size of your wedding and the season you're getting married.  Here's the link if you're interested: http://www.munsonbridgewinery.com/

    Otherwise I believe Rib Mountain/Granite Peak does weddings during the off season (that's the ski hill area).

    First of all, I'm from central WI and graduated UWL in 2010! :) Are you looking for an outdoor setting for both the ceremony and reception? Have you considered pretty much any country club in the Wausau area? Most have an area you can use outside, but have the option of going in if there's bad weather. What about Rib Mt.? They have chalets for wedding, but you could probably use the outside area too.

    Granite Peak? We are getting married at Kamp Kenwood in Chippewa Falls, but live near Marshfield.
