catering in madison

Hey all,
I was wondering if anyone had had experience with caterers in the Madison area. Right now I'm looking at Queen Anne and Blue Plate, which seem to be the main ones. Any reviews or suggestions?

Thanks!

Queen Anne's was very good, a friend had their reception at the resturant and it was really good

Queen Ann catered a woman's group I once belonged to.  I truly was not that impressed.  I also think that since they were donating their time that maybe they didn't pull out all the stops if you know what I'm saying.  I would caution that it seems that you may not get as good quality food if you aren't spending the big bucks.

I was also looking at Cranberry Creek they are excellent but a little pricey.  I would recommend Prairie Diner or Market Diner, both in Sun Prairie, for a lower key reception.

We had Queen Anne's for my wedding and everyone raved about the food.  =)  I use Blue Plate and Cranberry Creek for work and they are very reliable.
