We're going with Blooming Perfection in Waukesha; really pleased with the company. The owner is great and personable... she is also a wedding consultant and a huge help to planning a religious ceremony if you're doing so. Her website is:

flowers by faye - she is in tosa but she seriously is great to work with. Very reasonable.
