Bridesmaid Shoes

I need some help when it comes to finding shoes for my bridemaids.  I want them all to wear the same shoes and I would like them in dressy flat sandals.  I found a picture online that I really like the sandal but I cannot find the sandal for sale, go figure, see picture below.  Anyways, the girls are wearing purple (lapis from David's Bridal) and I want the shoes to be silver with rhinestones or both rhinestones and pearls.  Any suggestions are GREATLY appreciated

On a side note, if you require that your BMs wear a specific shoe, you need to pay for it.  If you just say that they can wear any silver shoe, they pay for their own.  Then, they can choose a shoe that fits their comfort level and style as well.  So, you might want to consider being a bit less specific, and save yourself a bit of money and headache.  However, if you are fine paying for everyone's shoes, the above link has some cute ideas.

You will probably want to let each bridesmaid select her own shoe.

Reasons include, but are not limited to:

1. If the dresses are long, they can avoid alterations by wearing a heel height to compensate for the dress length
2. If the dresses are short, some women do not like to wear flats with a short skirt
3. The shoes in your picture provide almost no support, or even the opportunity to add some arch support


You could let them select their own silver shoes, and then you could purchase shoe clips like these for them to add if you MUST have pearls and rhinestones.
