Lake Geneva Rehersal small wedding idea

My 11 year old daughter won a pig roast at Carvetti's in Lake Geneva for 100 people. all the trimmings and personaluized wait staff included.  It's value is stated as $2500.00- she only wants enough money to buy us a plane ticket to Florida this summer. Let me know if anyone could use this certificate.

We need 3 tickets, just me and my 2 kids. I didn't want to drive to Florida by myself so I thought this would be a way. Tickets online are 350 round trip you would be responsible for tax and gratuity so just let me know what you think is fair. I talked to the owner at Carvetti's and he said he prorates the tax based on actual per head not full dollar amount. He will also work with you on open bar or closed cash bar because beverages are not included. The certificate expires 12/30/12 but he also told me he would extend it to next year... His name is Dan Carvetti. Please let me know either way!

update... I found tickets at from Rockford il to Tampa for less, 240 each. That's the cheapest I could find and I don't mind driving to Rockford airport to minimize cost. Milwaukee and O'hare flights are higher.
