Quick Question - Response card envelopes

I'm having the invite co. print our address on the return envelope. Should I print both my name and FI's name? We live together and the RSVP cards will be sent to our house? Also, should I used his formal name - Robert Smith II?

I just had them put The Smith/Jones Wedding and our address.

We ordered a stamp that has both of our first names only along with the address of the house we had just purchased, and used that for our response cards. You can do it any of the ways you listed above, I think it is personal preference.

We just did MyLast/HisLast and our address for ours.
