Racine Civic Center/Festival Hall

Has anyone had or been to a wedding at Racine's Civic Center/Festival Hall? I was wondering about a tented outdoor reception at that location. Not sure how guests would like it. Also curious if their food is any good and if the staff there is easy to work with.

    Their venue is nice, not sure about the food though!   You will always have a tasting beforehand too.  I think you get to choose from a few vendors with these guys.
