Well- its nice out which means I'll more than likely be on the porch reading. But I CAN watch musicals if I want to. Until Thursday night that is.

What do you guys when the SO is out of town??

When J is out of town, I binge watch TV shows like it's my job.

 My H goes out of town one weekend per year, (& has since we began dating). We've lived together going on 3 years now, and every time he goes out of town I usually do the same thing. One of the evenings I invite *all* of the girls over, and we drink/play games, watch shows, etc. The second night, I usually take a long bath, get into pjs super early, and watch *everything* I want on t.v, while eating snack food. 

 I totally do miss him, and look forward to his evening txts, and for when he gets back, but it always ends up being a good weekend.

My husband is gone for 2 months at a time for work (3 this time), so I just live life like normal.

@phira  - I for sure catch up on TV shows he disapproves of. 

@JMalettas - I would for sure have the girls over if he was gone on a weekend! And I do miss him like crazy while he's gone. Its always harder for me to fall asleep without him in bed with me. And I do look forward to the phone calls each night!

@AddieCake - you're a strong woman for doing that! I'm ok with the 4 days he's usually gone - but I know it wouldn't' be that easy for 2-3 months

My fiancé works two jobs mon- fri and one on weekends so I feel like it's just me and the kids stuck at home day after day. So if I had complete alone time I'd be in bed with a movie, asleep

Mine is too! I watched seven hours of law and order svu and have eaten four quesadillas since yesterday. I REGRET NOTHING

I'm a fellow tv binge watched when FI's gone. I also eat the meals he hates and sleep across the entire bed.

It's a nice occasional treat though I do miss him.

I binge watch TV shows on Netflix, too.  I eat spaghetti a lot for dinner.  I also take up our whole bed, like wandajune6.

FI's out of town on a job half the time, so I pretty much just keep on as usual. And sleep diagonally on the bed. (:

My FI is gone pretty often in the spring time for teacher conferences and civil war re-enactments. It's usually just over a weekend and a day or two. I usually eat whatever I want and watch a ton of chick flicks and raunchy tv   oh and of course, sleep across the whole bed. mmmmm bed!


Side note: my one dog and I actually took up all the space on the bed this past week and he slept on the couch since we pushed him out. Yah. sorry I'm not sorry. I freaking love the bed to myself.

My FI goes away for work at least once a month. Like everyone apparently, much Netflix is watched. Many carbs are eaten. And I do all that stuff I feel weird doing with him home (epilating, hour long face masks, using my boobs as a shelf to hold my bowl of snacks).

Honestly, a night or two? Totally pleasant. I love being alone sometimes. When it gets to be more than a week, I get emo.

My DH runs at the fire dept every Friday so that's pizza and movie night with my kids, followed by a long shower/bath/spa time, and also binge watching my tv shows or reading.
