Upstate New York front porch wedding/reception

Hi, Does anyone have any good recommendations for a wedding venue in upstate New York that is a private home with a big front porch. I'm looking for a place that is NOT an inn or a B&B or anything the involves booking rooms to spend in the night. I just want to find a private home with a big front porch where I could have a reception for about 50 guests. I would be ok with booking 3-4 rooms but I do not want to have to book out an entire 10 room hotel or anything like that. Thank you!!

Check out the Altamont Manor! The house and grounds are beautiful, and the porch is awesome! Harvey (the owner) and his wife live there but they don't book rooms or any of that. My fiance and I loved the outside areas but weren't crazy about the inside dining area, but if you want all outside/porch this could be a good option for you!
