Hi ladies- posted last week about wishing wells (

My shower was lovely, FMIL put a lot of work and thought into it and we got a TON of gifts. Seriously, so many we left half of them behind. No idea where they are going in my apartment....She also made some really cute party favors, which I had never seen before. She got a lot of cute paper and little rhinestones and made these really great little tags you can use for gift wrapping. My friends really liked them- it was something unique and different, so A+ on that.
FI's sister and her daughters made the wishing well, which was really adorable. They had a box for the base and wrapping paper tubes supporting a little roof. The girls cut flowers, grass and little bricks to decorate it. It looked really cute. Anyway, it was filled with a lot of random things- dish towels, a cake plate, some nice Pyrex dishes, a cook book. Overall, very cute and sweet.
I feel a little bad for having such a gut reaction to the concept in the first place!
